Is there a better way to describe perfection? I have used MTY Enterprises Construction over a period of twenty years. I found Mike and his company for our first home we purchased back in the late 90's. We liked the home we bought but it was an older home that had a lot of character but needed extensive rehabilitation.  Electrical, plumbing upgrades, kitchen, bathroom, roof, seems just about everything needed work. We had other licensed general contractors out to bid out our various home remodel issues and had prices all over the map. What was different about MTY Construction was that Mike personally took the time to listen to our wish list and make every effort to make out vision a reality not only with the sketches that turned into professional drawings but equally important was the pricing. He said he would start after meeting with us with a general estimate and if this was in the neighborhood of our budget, he would give an exact line item breakdown of the whole project. We found the pricing to fit our budget and even though he runs a busy company, he gave us a schedule that we could live with and literally through as we decided to live through our home remodel experience. Besides being cost competitive, schedule conscious and keeping the work areas clean and the end of the day, we were extremely happy and satisfied with the professional result MTY Construction gave us. Since that first home, we eventually sold it and upgraded to a newer home only to again have Mike and his company perform various remodels to out newer home.
I own a business and asked if he performed commercial building remodels and he said his first twenty or so years of his 43 years in the building trades was spent remodeling commercial buildings. Needless to say our office expansion that included office partitions, doors, frames, windows, carpet and painting  was applied, built out perfectly and without interruption to our flow of business as his crew worked off hours to keep the noise and dust to a minimum. I have and would definitely recommend Mike and his company MTY Construction to anyone that needs a great construction remodeling company for their home or business.

We had purchased and moved into a newer home and wanted to make an upgrade to our kitchen. We had heard of of Mike and his company from a long time college friend and decided to see if his company could share our vision and more importantly stay within my budget. What was first noticeable about Mike and MTY Construction was that he seemed to have a depth of experience, telling us that he's been in building trades since 1973, carried insurance, bonded and licensed with the Contractors State License Board with zero complaints against his long standing license. That meant a lot to us considering some of the stories I have heard and some TV shows where bad contractors performed poorly, even dangerously to clients. Mike also offered some very good ideas that were eventually added to mine. Besides drafting a floor plan and giving us a general quote, he seemed to be very detailed orientated which was very helpful. We knew before we started construction how much the job would cost, the schedule of duration of work, and had product swatches of all the materials used in our remodel. Mike's crew was professional and because we could not afford to move of our home during construction, they left the job site as clean as possible each day when they finished. Before I forget, there were also some additional plumbing problems he found once inside the kitchen walls that he repaired for free. Next year we're planning on remodeling our two bathrooms as well and yes I would use Mike again and have no reservations recommending his company.
